1. What StatusSkip is

StatusSkip is a web-based tool that generates and delivers weekly status report emails on your behalf. You provide task descriptions and progress percentages; we generate a formatted HTML email and send it to the email address you specify.

2. Using the service

You may use StatusSkip for any lawful purpose, including personal use, freelance work, and employment. By using the service you confirm that:

• You are at least 16 years old
• You have the right to send communications to the email addresses you enter
• You will not use the service to send spam, harass individuals, or distribute unlawful content
• You will not attempt to circumvent usage limits through automation, fake accounts, or other means

3. Free plan limits

The free plan allows 1 report per week. This limit is enforced on the client side via browser storage and on the server side via submission logs. Attempting to bypass this limit by clearing storage, using incognito mode, or other means is a violation of these terms and may result in your email address being blocked.

4. Pro plan and payments

The Pro plan costs $7.00 USD per month and is billed through PayPal. By subscribing you agree to recurring monthly charges until you cancel.

• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through your PayPal account. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you are not satisfied. Email contact us to request a refund.
• Price changes: We will give at least 30 days notice before changing the Pro price. Existing subscribers keep their current price for 60 days after any price change.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of all task text and information you enter into StatusSkip. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process and transmit this content solely for the purpose of delivering your report email. We do not use your content to train models, for advertising, or for any purpose beyond operating the service.

6. Email delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your report email promptly. However, we cannot guarantee delivery, as factors outside our control — including recipient spam filters, email provider policies, and network issues — may affect deliverability. We are not liable for undelivered emails.

You are responsible for ensuring that the recipients of your reports have consented to receiving emails from you. Do not use StatusSkip to send unsolicited email.

7. Service availability

StatusSkip is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The underlying infrastructure runs on Google Apps Script, which has its own service level terms. We do not guarantee 100% uptime and are not liable for losses caused by downtime or service interruptions.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will provide at least 30 days notice and refund any unused Pro subscription time.

8. Prohibited use

You must not use StatusSkip to:

• Send emails that are deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate any individual
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Send bulk or automated reports beyond normal personal or professional use

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access, without refund.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StatusSkip and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
