Make sure you entered your StatusSkip email before completing the PayPal payment. If you didn't, use the form above and select "Pro activation issue" — we'll activate you manually within a few hours.
How do I get a refund?
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. Use the form above and select "Billing / refund".
My report email landed in spam.
Ask your manager to add the sender address to their contacts. After the first send it should land in inbox consistently.
Can I request my data to be deleted?
Yes. Use the form above and select "Privacy / data request". We'll delete all your data within 30 days.
